1. I think government can not force farmers to give away their land unless it be used for social purpose or big industrial use which creates employment. If it does it violets the norms and guidelines of the Supreme Court and the fundamental rights-human rights. And that is what Rahul Gandhi is fighting in UP. Rahul Ji has promised to help bring a dynamic land acquisition act. We are waiting for it. Its the duty of the Congress Party to knock the doors of court to prevent wrong allotment. We can't be mere spectators. Because land is not the father's property of politicians that they can give to any one who they wish. There are rules and regulations and norms to be followed. Its not at all a discretionary power.
